All participants will stay at a hotel near the RIKEN Yokohama Institute, with arrangements made by RIKEN. Accommodations and travel expenses will be fully covered. Round-trip plane tickets are provided with fixed arrival and departure dates; therefore participants will not be allowed any change of itinerary.
